School Clubs

School clubs run after school (3.30 – 4.30pm) Clubs are open to all the children, although certain age and number restrictions may apply to certain clubs. The list below gives a sample of the variety of opportunities available to our children.

Sport Club

Back in demand! Robbie Hawkes and his team take a group of children to practice sports skills every Friday afternoon.

Capoeira Club

On a Thursday after school, Jerri DaSilva  runs an innovative Capoeira. This is an Afro-Brazilian traditional sport  simultaneously an engagement between two participants and a dance. Capoeira players require great bodily dexterity and fitness.

Sports

During the year children will have the opportunity to represent the school at a variety of sporting competitions. These include, football, benchball, netball, cricket, cross-country, rounders and athletics.

Gardening Club

We are lucky to have two members of the school community who lead our Gardening Club. This club is run to children of all ages. The children enjoy planting, weeding and growing a number of plants in our greenhouse and Prayer Garden
